The schedule for practices and tournaments depends upon each team within the club. We offer both Power and Area teams within some age divisions. We anticipate 2 practices a week and 1-3 tournaments per month. Practices are usually held at Eich Middle School but can be held through-out the Roseville area and the Jackson Sports Academy. They are usually an hour and a half per night staggered Mon-Wed or Tues-Thurs. They involve skill training and conditioning (and maybe even a scrimmage with another High Impact team).
In addition to practices the coaches might schedule some "fun" time at the many sand volleyball courts throughout the area. These are usually scheduled on a Saturday or Sunday in between tournaments. They have found that this greatly improves skills and provides a fun bonding time for the individual teammates.
Some teams also like to schedule "pizza nights" for another fun team bonding activity.
